How does tadalafil work?
Tadalafil 시알리스 works by increasing blood flow to the penis to help a man get and maintain an erection. An erection occurs because the blood vessels that carry blood to the penis widen, increasing the blood supply. At the same time, the vessels that remove blood from the penis squeeze. The blood builds up, and an erection develops.
