This medicine contains the active substance tadalafil. This medicine belongs to a group of medicines
called phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitors.
The 2.5 mg, 5 mg, 10 mg, and 20 mg tablets of this medicine are used to treat adult men with erectile dysfunction. This is the case when a man cannot achieve an erection or maintain an erection suitable for sexual activity for long enough.
Tadalafil has been shown to greatly improve erection ability. After sexual stimulation, this drug helps to relax the blood vessels in the penis, allowing blood to flow into your penis. This improves your erection.
This medicine will not help if you do not have erectile dysfunction. It is important to know that this medicine will not work if there is no sexual stimulation.

Use/function
Always use this medicine exactly as your doctor has told you. Are you unsure about the correct use? Then contact your doctor or pharmacist.
Swallow the tablet whole with some water. Tadalafil Sandoz 20 mg tablets can be divided into equal doses. You can take the tablets with or without food.
For the treatment of erectile dysfunction
Flexible dose, as needed:The recommended starting dose is one 10 mg tablet before sexual activity. If the effect of this dose is too weak, your doctor may increase the dose to 20 mg.
You can take one tablet of this 시알리스 medicine at least 30 minutes before sexual activity. This medicine may remain effective for up to 36 hours after the tablet has been taken. 10 mg and 20 mg of this drug are intended for use before planned sexual activity and are not recommended for continued daily use.
Once daily administration:When you take this 시알리스 medicine once a day, you are able to get an erection when you are sexually stimulated at any time of the 24 hours of the day. Once-daily administration of this drug may be useful for men who expect to be sexually active twice a week or more.
The recommended dose is 5 mg once a day, taken at about the same time each day. Your doctor may adjust the dose to 2.5 mg depending on your response to this medicine.
Do not take this medicine more than once a day. Drinking alcohol can affect your ability to get an erection.

When not to use
When should you not use this medicine?
You are allergic to any of the other ingredients of this medicine.
You can find these substances in the 'Composition' section;
You are using an organic nitrate in any form or an agent that
releases nitric oxide (such as amyl nitrite). “Nitrates” are a group of drugs
used for certain types of chest pain. This medicine has been shown to increase the effect of these medicines. If you are taking nitrate in any form or are not sure if you are taking it, tell your doctor;
you have a serious heart condition or have had a heart attack in the last 90 days;
you have had a stroke in the last 6 months;
you have low blood pressure or high blood pressure that is not controlled;
if you have ever had vision loss due to non-arterial
ischemic anterior eye disease (NAION), a condition described as
“paralysis of the eye”;
You are using riociguat. This medicine is used to treat certain types of high blood pressure in the lungs. PDE5 inhibitors, such as Tadalafil Sandoz, have been shown
to increase the blood pressure lowering effect of this medicine. If you are taking riociguat
or are not sure, talk to your doctor.When should you take special care with this medicine?
Be aware that sexual activity can be risky for patients with heart disease because it puts an extra strain on your heart. If you have a heart condition, tell your doctor.
Before taking the tablets, tell your doctor if you have any of the following
conditions:
Sickle cell anemia (an abnormality of the red blood cells, leading to a shortage of red blood cells);
Multiple myeloma (bone marrow cancer);
Leukemia (certain type of cancer of the blood);
A deformity of your penis, or unwanted or persistent erections lasting more than 4 hours;
A serious liver problem;
A serious kidney problem;
A hereditary eye condition;
Heart problems other than your elevated blood pressure in the pulmonary arteries;
Problems with your blood pressure.This medicine is not intended for women and for persons under 18 years of age.
Are you taking any other medicines? Sometimes this can cause problems if you also want to start taking Tadalafil. Tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are already taking the following medicines:
An alpha blocker (used to treat high blood pressure or urinary symptoms associated with benign
prostatic hyperplasia);
Other medicines to treat high blood pressure;
Nitrates (for chest pain);
Riociguat;
A 5-alpha reductase inhibitor (used to treat benign
prostatic hyperplasia);
Protease inhibitors to treat AIDS or HIV infection (ritonavir);
Penobarbital, phenytoin and carbamazepine (medicines to treat seizures
);
rifampicin, erythromicin or clarithromycin (used to treat bacterial
infections);
Medicines such as ketoconazole or itraconazole (to treat a fungal infection
);
Bosentan (another treatment for high blood pressure in the pulmonary arteries);
